Celestine is a seasonally-focused Mediterranean restaurant on the Dumbo Waterfront. We offer thoughtful and elegant food with warm, unpretentious hospitality under the direction of Chef Angelica Ampil (Upland). We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our back of house management team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits including a healthcare stipend, paid vacation, and more. We are looking for people who are hoping to grow within the company and absorb new skills while working within a mindful, tight-knit team. We're most passionate about cooking seasonally and working intelligently with the ingredients we have.
